• Led integration and development of Azure Service Health copilot plugins by leveraging LLM endpoints, unifying all service health data queries and launched them to General Availability (GA) meeting all quality benchmarks (response <5s, negative feedback <1%, uptime >99.99%).
• Implemented a new Retirement tagging feature on the Azure portal in React, adding 50 tracking IDs in one month and boosting retirements visibility by 700% (from 1% to 8%). Achieved strong user engagement with 100+ sessions using the new filters in the first month.

• Identified and resolved performance bottlenecks in Azure Health Blade; investigated multiple solutions and implemented the optimal strategy, reducing latency from ~69s to ~4s.
• Collaborated on building a new metadata API in C# to map service GUIDs to names via ACOM cache, resolving service health alert issues caused by name changes and handling ~80K monthly requests.
• Developed a YAML-based CI/CD deployment pipeline to automate the portal-to-repo migration, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

• Implemented non-intrusive functionality to deploy transportation configuration changes by utilizing AWS Simple Workflow parallel executions, DynamoDB and Amazon S3. This helped reduce delays in deployment by 4 hours
