Led product design for a document automation platform powered by AI, optimizing IA, user flows, and building a scalable design system to support cross-domain workflows. Designed form-based workflows with editing interfaces, upload management, and edge case handling (e.g. validation errors, file limits). Delivered interactive prototypes, video demos, and an investor pitch deck to support product launch.

Worked on multi-agent powered MVPs, from CRM to knowledge-driven AI Companion app, driving innovation through smart matchmaking, knowledge summaries, AI search, etc., to empower smarter professional networking. Developed a scalable design system using atomic principles and design tokens. Created PRDs and user testing playbooks to align cross-functional teams and improve usability.

Led the design of a gamified mental health AI Companion app, delivering 10+ features, including AI chat, guided journals, and gamified tasks. Iterated MVPs from V1 to V4 based on user feedback, ensuring alignment with the target audience’s needs. Attracted 2k+ waitlist signups and 700+ beta users, supporting fundraising efforts.

• Collaborated closely with Deloitte and SCAD during a dynamic five-week design sprint to conceive, design, and develop an intranet site from 0 to 1. The primary objective was to enhance internal communication and streamline resource sharing.

• Devised a meticulous information architecture strategy to efficiently structure intricate content, ensuring an optimized user navigation experience.

• Produced low-fidelity wireframes and crafted high-fidelity visual elements, and subsequently translated and implemented these designs from Figma to the SharePoint site.
