Hi, I am Hao Jiang, a product designer grew up in China, based in SF.

Previously I was an architect focusing on commercial office, research lab, and healthcare sectors. I brought seamless spatial experience to life by meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of scientists, doctors, and patients. 

Currently, I am interested in crafting multi-dimensional digital experiences and appreciate designs that demonstrate simplicity, clarity, and profoundness.

Designing unified observability for developers, SREs, and DevOps teams.

### Senior Product Designer @ VMware
Jan 2020 – Jan 2023 | Palo Alto, California, United States
Led design in multiple projects such as Centralized proxy monitoring and Self-service management pack through close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Resolved the UIUX inconsistency issues due to the conflict between legacy design assets and VMware’s design system. Created shared design components and maintained the design library in Figma.

Defined the design process and best practices working with cross-functional partners such as project initiation documentation, allowing designers to work more proactively and driving alignment with cross-functional partners.

### User Experience Designer @ Adobe

Collaborate with the International Design team (researchers, engineer, and design
director) to identify and create solutions on the prominent social media platform to
increase Adobe's international presence.

Contribute to the design on the extensibility platform to enrich Adobe CC's use case. First
plugin Whiteboard was created in response to the current Covid-19 Pandemic.

Led design sprints in APAC offices with key stakeholders and designed an MVP for project management and enablement tool to help Shell rapidly penetrate and occupy the distributed energy industry.

Led design in several domestic and international projects on various phases in the Tech and
Healthcare sector including the Aerospace Cooperation headquarter, the Los Angeles Water
and Power facilities, the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center expansion.

Precisely identified project scopes and hidden needs through hosting client meetings, which
served as the basis of our designs.

Effectively communicated and collaborated with internal and external consultants
including structural and mechanical engineers to delivered a holistic design for optimized
architectural performance.
