In 2016, I received my bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. After graduating at top of my class with a GPA of 3.8, I worked as a software developer at VoxelCloud. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in software engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, Silicon Valley. In summer of 2018, I interned at Cisco, where I developed new software features for Cisco’s firewall products.

•	Designed and implemented RESTful APIs to collect technical support files for Cisco’s next-generation firewall appliances Firepower 9300 and 4100 series, resulting in their approval and incorporation into the product. 
•	Developed new functionalities to C++ program of the service management software on the firewall products, including a feature to audit log RESTful API requests; code changes were reviewed and verified by senior engineers in team.  
•	Created Python scripts for CI automation tests in order to verify features and assure quality in each software release.
•	Resolved defects in existing features of the firewall software; fixes were tested and confirmed by QA team. 
•	Identified priorities and discussed blockers of development process in team Kanban meetings.

### Software Engineer @ VoxelCloud

• Implemented a web application that automates diagnosis and analysis processes on medical images, resulting in a published service which is successfully deployed both on cloud computing platforms and in local medical institutions.
