Compared and managed competitive research data to get customer insights about BMW online booking flow and wrote an in-depth report. Thus every time when BMW wants to design a new version of their App, they can refer to my report.

Sketched idea proposals, and evolved some for redesign plan of BMW Connect App.

Owned and launched progress-bar improvement feature for online booking appointment and collaborated with developers and product managers.

Created motion design and prototype for visual “Service Alert” function and enter booking flow.
