Designed and collaborated in achieving design decisions for user experience problems

in various UX teams at Google, such as Google Lens (2019), Google Station - Next Billion User team (mid 2018) and User team (early 2018).

Collaborated with local and international UX Researchers, PMs, Engineers, and

cross-functional design teams to execute user-first design decisions.

Designed the interaction and visual for Demandbase platform, including reporting, dashboard, account-based marketing/ad targeting, and sales conversion features. Built prototypes for Demandbase email assistant product.

The first two years at Hearsay, I did a hybrid role of designing for communication and the Hearsay mobile apps.

Some of my key responsibilities were:

Overseeing and leading design projects for internal and external brand and product marketing of Hearsay Systems, a complete client engagement solution for financial services.

Leading the interaction and visual design of Hearsay Messages (text messaging solution) mobile app.

Managing vendor & freelancer relations, including multiple print and event vendors.

Some of my past projects included:

visual and UX design for Hearsay's iOS and Android mobile apps, visual design (style guide update) for Hearsay's desktop app, corporate branding and website, marketing events, conferences, sales enablement tools, and product marketing collateral design.
