• Contributed to cost-saving initiatives of $100,000 dollars a year by replacing a proprietary PDF modifier library with an open-source alternative, resulting in an increased efficiency and reduced licensing expenses

• Created data batching API to better sort user data during data export minimizing number of DB calls by 25x

• Wrote and maintained backend integration test to ensure robust functionality and conducted frontend Cypress test to maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Managed and developed data pipelines that track user movement between Atlassian products using DataBricks notebook with airflow, allowing data analyst easier access to trend
