(YC ‘21) ### Associate Design Director @ McKinsey & Company Jan 2024 – Jan 2026 | Redwood City, CA • Built multi modal agents for Lilli - McKinsey's RAG-based Generative AI enterprise platform to empower consultants that is used by 40k consultants. • Led end-to-end design and user research for Lilli as a PowerPoint plugin that drove 2x more engagement than prior releases, achieved a 60% PMF, 89% user satisfaction, and saved upto 1 hour for 75% consultants. Wrote detailed product requirement documents. • Organized 3 internal hybrid conferences for 100+ colleagues across 3 continents and 5 time zones, and led 20+ GenAI trainings to up-skill colleagues. ### Senior Product Designer @ McKinsey & Company Jan 2021 – Jan 2024 | Boston, Massachusetts, United States • Secured funding to redesigned and update the value prop of a McKinsey enterprise SaaS tool used to evaluate and benchmark operational performance which catalyzed 2 client wins for the SHINGO Prize, 100% increase in tool usage, and 16% client growth. • Crafted 50+ components for McKinsey's enterprise, data science, and GenAI design systems and evolved the design language, resulting in 1.5M yearly imports, saving ~$12M. Trained and mentored 8 teams to adopt the design systems and established scalable component tracking in code and design. ### HCI Researcher - Phygital Interactions @ CMU Human-Computer Interaction Institute Jan 2019 – Jan 2023 | Greater Pittsburgh Region Funded by NSF, designed and fabricated tangible morphing artifacts and created a physical-digital toolkit to engage young adults in STEM disciplines by teaching concepts of computational thinking, material science, and physics through hands-on activities, which resulted in 5 research papers published in leading Human-Computer Interaction conferences such ACM CHI, DIS, SCF, and C&C. ### Product Designer 2 - Data Experiences @ Tulip Interfaces Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Greater Boston • Overhauled IIoT machine monitoring and connectivity experiences, solving complex workflows to improve performance tracking and operational efficiency for frontline operations with 45,000 applications created by 4000 citizen developers per year. • Managed a design intern, guiding them through a structured development plan, and supporting their professional growth. • Established the design system as a single source of truth and designed 30 components, optimizing design and development time. Collaborated with leadership and product team to align on business-critical objectives, and with external stakeholders to define the product vision. ### User Experience Designer @ Autodesk Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 | Greater Detroit Area Enhanced data management for machine shop floor by designing the Fusion 360 mobile application, the design process for which was validated by surveys, stakeholder interviews, prototyping, and user testing. ### User Experience Designer @ Microsoft Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | Hyderabad, Telangana, India Designed key learning experiences and launched Microsoft Community Training – a B2B2C SaaS vocational training and upskilling platform for blue-collar workers with over 9.3M learners used by clients such as the Government of India, UNICEF, etc. Created an AI assistant for doctors to assess patients’ risk of heart attacks and early detection of cardiovascular diseases, in partnership with Apollo Hospital – one of India’s biggest hospital chains. ### Product Designer @ GE Healthcare Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | John F. Welch Technology Centre, Bangalore Collaborated with health care practitioners to define the vision of non-hospital environment for cancer patients and strengthen GE’s business strategy to offer holistic client beyond their flagship medical devices. ### Design Lead @ Hyperloop India Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | India Designed and manufactured India’s 1st magnetic levitation-powered Hyperloop pod which competed at the SpaceX Competition Weekend 2. As the first designer on the team, recruited and managed a design team of 6 and led designs for the GUI of the pod’s control panel.
