Responsible for researching, designing, programming and launching new tools and features that improve user growth and retention. Following are some of the projects I worked on:
• Redesigned the payment and stake management tool, simplifying the processes, and providing users more confidence when handling their money. Helped identify strengths and flaws of the current system, keeping blockchain inefficiencies and gas fees in mind.
• Redesigned the user wallet to manage NMR cryptocurrency, making the flow more secure and less prone to user errors by providing appropriate affordances and validations.
• Implemented appropriate ‘tutorial pages’ in the new user flow to help users submit, stake and automate their submissions.
• Implemented a diagnostics widget to help users understand their submissions better, thus improving the quality of predictions reaching the hedge fund.
• Redesigned the homepage for clear messaging and to instill a feeling of excitement and challenge.
Other responsibilities:
• Set up web and email analytics. Implemented goals and A/B testing feature to better identify user behavior and make more informed design decisions. Created guidelines for community and social media managers on UTM tags usage to track traffic and marketing campaigns.
• Created designs for marketing campaigns, banner ads, medium posts, presentations for events etc.
• Maintained upkeep of the website and codebase. (Vue.js)
