MongoDB is the leading open source NoSQL database. Worked closely with internal tools engineering, product management, and customer support to design and implement a feature-prioritization framework.
•Used Salesforce API to construct 360-degree customer view linking feature requests to sales opportunities.
•Created dashboard for viewing feature requests ranked by opportunity, with modularity to allow additional future metrics, while maintaining look-and-feel of existing infrastructure.
•Wrote product requirements document explaining project and potential future improvements.
