Operate and maintain ITSM and RMM platforms including ServiceNow, Autotask, NinjaOne RMM, and ManageEngine, using monitoring, automation, and remote remediation to improve system reliability and response times.
Support networking and infrastructure platforms (LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, switches, wireless) and endpoint security solutions (SentinelOne, & CrowdStrike), performing root cause analysis and implementing preventative controls to reduce recurring incidents.
