Joined eero to lead NPI packaging graphics and be the go-to POC for all things packaging creative. Balance time between NPI graphic concepts and maintaining a consistent packaging "recipe" for geographic expansion, new channel partners, or packaging refreshes. Work cross functionally and directly with executive leadership for feedback and sign off of all packaging components. Experience creating production files and managing external resources for support. Responsible for final proof approval of all printed components.

Lead packaging design from concept to production on all product roadmap work. Engage with cross functional senior leaders to elevate strategic packaging initiatives, create a sign off process, build positive vendor relationships, and evolve packaging fit for channel and geographic expansion.

First dedicated packaging hire at Loop. Responsible for all primary packaging structural design, outer box graphic design, user guide illustrations, and print production/sign off throughout the entire product and accessories portfolio. Simultaneously building an internal packaging development and sign off process spanning from seasonal CMF limited editions to NPI programs. Work cross functionally with engineering, sustainability, product management, operations and legal/compliance to evolve the portfolio in out-of-box design, materiality, and efficiency portfolio wide.

Own primary and secondary packaging design and engineering from concept to launch for all PAX products across hardware, accessories, and consumable categories. Work with and develop positive partnerships with a diverse set of global vendors and domestic comans. Additionally create all in-box packaging graphics, partnering with legal/regulatory, and manage print production across all substrates and product categories. Strategized the packaging roadmap to evolve the portfolio to be more cohesive, efficient, and deliver solutions to meet company sustainability goals.
