Works in the Search and Discovery domain as the sole back-end engineer on projects focusing on creating and implementing A/B Tests and new features.

Leads the backend development for redesigning the search and browse pages to provide customers with the best experience featuring the most relevant information needed to increase product selection and customer retention.

Previous projects/tasks included:

• using PageSpeed Insights to optimize performance on search and browse pages on the site

• leading an effort to have stricter code quality rules on our code base to ensure code quality on developer’s commits using a tool called SonarQube

• created state-driven automation tests for new features being implemented.
