An application for the health conscious, yet underprepared home cook that consumes a third-party API that matches recipes with ingredients on hand. Calculates calories and nutritional value for a single serving.

Managed a staff of 40 to guide thousands of guests from all over the world through virtual reality games, stories and adventures for a unique and unforgettable experience in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
Led regular staff meetings to communicate the daily event schedule, provide updates on policies and procedures and to review performance expectations, as needed, to maintain or improve quality of service.
Streamlined the process of weekly scheduling and managing payroll, reducing office hours by 25%.

Designed a training program for VR World and led a 5-person team to onboard new hires. Reduced onboarding period from an undefined time frame to 3-5 days.
Created comprehensive training documents such as the training schedule, front desk host manual and training reports. Updated the employee handbook for clarification and compliance.
Personally conducted training for over 30 new hires in the operation of all offered VR devices and experiences as well as the in-house ticketing and queuing system.
Coordinated for all 40 employees to receive instruction on newly installed experiences within 1-2 days with minimal to no interruption of normal business operations.
Mentored 3 employees - all of whom have been promoted to leadership positions.
