Designed a variety of developer-focused video analytics features including alerting, a new overview dashboard, and redesigned onboarding. Also designed administrator features such as support for multiple organizations, configuration flows for exporting data, and billing and plan changes.

Did freelance work in between stints of full-time travel. Freelance work covered a range of projects from designing a poker app for iOS, to early-stage enterprise products.

Traveled for a total of 10 months, visiting 20 countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Primary designer for the Universal Directory product, which maps user profile information in Okta to external applications. Designed app management features such as app request workflow, and redesigned attribute mapping and app settings UIs. Created a Sketch style guide of UI components to simplify creation of mockups and improve designer productivity.

Designed a rule builder for automating group memberships, a highly-requested and well-received feature. Collaborated with customer success team to redesign customer community and support sites.
