Atlassian Access is a new product enabling security and centralized administration across Atlassian cloud products. 

I was the lead designer on the team running an early beta of the product conducting customer interviews, highlighting pain points, prioritizing improvements and envisioning journeys. With our customer facing teams we built up a tight feedback loop to quickly address problems as they arose after the general release. 

Our team not only achieved our 1 year goal early with massive customer adoption, but our more ambitious revised goal was also achieved earlier than expected.

The Identity Platform teams looks after Atlassian accounts and security. Worked across multiple engineering teams based in Sydney and USA to bring better practices in conducting research, understanding customers and building out team processes. Successfully shipped the foundations for centralized administration, account session management, account switcher, and SCIM integrations with identity providers.

Successfully lead and launched over 12 start up companies from idea to launch in BlueChilli's incubation program, guiding founders on their brand identity, UX strategy and product design.
