Growing up, I was the person my immigrant parents came to when technology didn't make sense. That stuck with me. I think about behavior before I think about interfaces, and I care more about reducing friction than what looks good in a mockup.

With a background in Cognitive Science and Psychology, I translate complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into intuitive systems. Here is what that looks like in practice:
