Selected for the Electrical Engineering Department's Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) program. Developed a radar-based wireless heartbeat sensor for cardiac gating in MRI scans at the Magnetic Resonance Systems Research Lab. First-author abstract accepted to the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine 2025 Conference.

I worked as an ambulance medic at Marina Bay Fire Station and attended to ~2000 emergency cases over two years. As a pandemic frontliner, I was awarded the COVID-19 Resilience Medal by the Prime Minister's Office. Furthermore, I was awarded a certificate of recognition for successfully resuscitating a patient suffering an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.
