Cozy makes tools to help small landlords automate their rental properties. I worked on many of these, including housing application forms, the applicant screening interface, rent payment system, billing, credit reports, etc. As the first hire, I worked on the key features needed for launch and then subsequent iterations as we integrated customer feedback.

I was responsible for improvement and maintenance of Kosmix.com's front end Rails application, which rendered informational pages generated by our search and categorization engine. I created and released new features daily for a wide range of internal and external customers.

Acquired and turned into @WalmartLabs in 2011.

As the sole programmer at this small startup, I worked closely with a designer to produce a network of reviews sites (games, cameras, toys). To this end I created custom WordPress plugins that stored structured review data and tightly integrated with ad and associate link networks.
