Sole designer across two product areas: subscription management tools for enterprise admins, and the pricing platform that powers every Autodesk transaction.
Subscription management: Led UX across three connected phases for enterprise admins managing 50+ subscriptions: bulk renewals, spending visibility, and AI-powered recommendations. Reduced a 2-hour manual renewal process to 5 minutes, and measurably improved renewal completion and reduced support tickets across both renewal and billing workflows.
Pricing platform: Designed reusable patterns (multi-step creation, contextual filtering, inline validation) that started with renewal discounts and absorbed promotions, volume discounts, and value-based pricing. The platform serves 100,000+ price variants across 100+ products for Autodesk.com, reseller partners, and internal sales teams. Promotion setup time dropped by at least half, and configuration errors were eliminated.
Designed LeiaFlix, a 3D movie rental app, from scratch: catalog, streaming player, and content integration with Warner Bros and Universal.
After launch, checkout drop-off hit 74% at the browser payment handoff. Evaluated payment vendors and designed the native in-app payment flow. Drop-off went from 74% to 54%.
Partnered with the optical engineering team to solve streaming quality issues specific to 3D light field display. Designed a buffering modal that gave users control to switch to 2D when resolution dipped, rather than forcing an automatic fallback.
Built in-platform loan repayment replacing an email-based process where users had 10 minutes to reply or start over, driving 68% abandonment and 60% of support tickets.
Designed loan health indicators that made LTV ratios actionable instead of informational. Redesigned repayment confirmations as visual math instead of email text walls. Liquidations dropped 40%, support tickets dropped 60%, and operations scaled from 50 to 500+ active loans with the same team.
Ideated user experience and business strategies for a mixed-use development. Created concepts and graphic representations for residential and commercial projects, working closely with development stakeholders and future users to secure public support and build community-oriented, pedestrian-first design solutions.
