### Interaction Designer @ Google

- Working on the future of Pixel Buds

- Owned the UX for Google Distributed Cloud Connected (GDC), delivering improvements to the ordering flow for hardware and AI & ML model enablement. 

- Spearheaded the end-to-end UX design and launch of ParallelStore & Managed Lustre, securing $XXM* in first-year revenue by delivering high-performance storage for AI workloads in partnership with Intel and DDN.

- Redesigned and launched the decoupling of capacity and performance selections for Filestore which was the top customer complaint, resulting in better resource efficiency and an increase in CSAT scores.

- Architected and launched Class Tools in partnership with ChromeOS that is being used by XXM* teachers and students. (20% project)

- Drove the UX and strategy for Standards Based Grading experience for Google Classroom. (20% project)

### Product Designer II - Azure IoT @ Microsoft

- Drove and launched the UX forAzure IoT Operations,  a unified data plane for the edge built on Azure Arc-enabled Kubernetes clusters.

- Researched and visualized the end-to-end journey of IoT Hub, providing recommendation of strategical improvements and product prioritization.

- Led and delivered designs for mobile app that allows developers to realize the value of IoT without needing specialized devices, which was critical for adoption.

- Identified gaps and prototyped improvements for the ‘Getting Started’ experience in the portal to increase satisfaction and retention.

- Drove the UX quality improvements across IoT Hub which led to an increase of CSAT from 67% to 82%.

- Led the end-to-end UX direction for the Data and Insights portal that enables class management for schools.

- Envisioned and proposed features for the next generation of Windows OS with emphasis on the education sector.

- Developed the UX experience and curriculum for FarmBeats, an Internet of Things experience that used Excel and Teams integration and taught students about the principles of agriculture, data analytics and AI/ML.

- Spearheaded the first generation of Reading Coach, a tool that allows teachers to track and support reading fluency using speech recognition.

- Identified gaps and drove improvements to Immersive Reader, a tool fool for students with Dyslexia.
