Responsible for the daily management of a ten-person crisis residential program,

including running day treatment groups, providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention and de-escalation, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans and providing thorough and timely documentation to meet state and county requirements.

Responsible for all aspects of operating business, including sales, bike repair, inventory management and developing and implementing customer education classes.

Responsible for coordinating volunteer medics to provide medical care 5 nights a week, maintaining clinic records and reporting requirements to the state, as well as developing and providing new volunteers with a 6-month, 25-hour-a-week training curriculum.
