Worked on the following products
• Operational Insights – A cloud product that monitors Informatica's on-premise PowerCenter and BDM. A cloud agent collects operational data and sends it to an AWS based backend. Used Amazon S3, SQS, Redshift and Data pipelines to process data from approximately 150 customers having 400 repositories. Took full ownership to deliver Anomaly detection pipeline that alerts customers regarding anomalies occurring in their workflow runs. Created a Python based data pipeline with Chef based auto deployment on TaskRunners, UI to surface anomalous workflows and Data Access Layer.
• Enterprise Data Preparation - Delivered 3 new major features for Data Preparation component of IDL. Decoupled and redesigned how IDL and Dataprep services communicate, by identifying a stripped down version of dependencies to enhance the service launch time from 13 seconds to ~1 second.
• Mass Ingestion - Undertook the responsibility to deliver the complete UI and partial Back End for a brand new Informatica product called Mass Ingestion. The product helped in Ingesting data from relational data sources like Oracle, Teradata etc. to Big Data sources like HDFS, Hive etc., on a massive scale with advance monitoring capabilities.
