My goal is to enable the CNS team to align with Cisco's Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) vision by designing the User Experience through use cases and customer stories. I'll be the lead UX manager & the architect to work in this effort and will be collaborating closely with various team from other functions of Cisco Security and Enterprise Networking groups.

I'll also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of UX designers for SASE.

• Lead the UX architecture to define and design the user experience for next generation security management products based on Design Thinking and Customer Experience.

• Drives product UX/UI alignment across a portfolio of 20+ products crafting the overall strategy and messaging as well as coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and helping to craft a modular design system.

• Responsible for the overall user experience of the product and building efficient and consistent experience across all customer touch points.

• Certified Design Thinking facilitator and has led numerous workshops on the topic as well as having organized over a dozen successful design sprints targeted explicitly at solving systemic customer pain points across a broad portfolio of products

Leading the effort to define and design the user experience for next-generation security management products based on Design Thinking and Customer Experience. Manage design and interaction in all phases of product development lifecycle.

• Involved in planning and executing user research at various phases of the product development.

• Partner with internal stakeholders - Product Management, Technical Marketing Engineers, Sales Engineers and Development Team to produce best in class solutions.

• Create workflows, personas, interaction flows, wireframes and prototypes to deliver finished designs to the development team. Provide all required support to the development team through the development phase.

• Co-ordinate and design solutions across other teams within Cisco to bring design consistency across the Cisco product line.

As part of User Experience Design group at Infosys, my responsibilities includes:

• Requirement gathering and drawing up the task flows, IA and Navigation Models

• Designing user centric interaction concepts

• Anchoring the UX deliverables (High-Level Wireframes, Lower-Level Wireframes, Visual Design etc.) at various stages of the project from start till deployment

• Coordinating with various technology teams and business teams across different locations

• Manage a 4 member UI team

I have worked with various clients such as: Bank of America, Syngenta, CVS Pharmacy, Boots, Boeing, Prudential Japan, Government of India and designed solution for their various web and desktop applications
