Work on web application development at EADP Data team

· Developed and implemented algorithms to analyze clinical high-throughput next generation sequencing(NGS) data using Python to identify putative genetic mutations that might cause non-conservative change in biological function and are responsible for antibiotic resistance in bacterial pathogens (Enterococcus faecalis) genome.

· Implemented statistical method to estimate correlation between putative antibiotic resistant genes to clinical profiles based on P-values of Chi-Square test and validated the results using R.
