Mainly worked on Product Detail Page of Chewy.com for improving conversion rate and designed multiple projects yet to be released. Conduct competitor research and usability testing. Collaborated with product managers and engineering teams to accelerate progress.
Participated in establishing the design system library for Google Gamma project following Google visual guideline and gave actionable recommendations for future directions and designs.
Discovery Channel Project
Collaboratively completed the redesign of the game interface for DiscoveryKids which significantly improve the experience of onboarding process as well as the voucher subscription flow and delivered the design to the development team with annotation via Zeplin.
Designed, drafted, and launched focus group research with over 30 questions to reach out to users and collect qualitative information to assess thoughts, opinions, and feelings about taking and purchasing RB VMS products and experiences.
Delivered and presented results, findings, and final project to global R&D team from RB. Led 5 team members received a great response from our client and got top A grade in the final presentation out of 7 teams in this course.
Led competitive analysis of 7 main competitors in the existing market of Digital Token Exchange services and presented directly to CEO the results of the research that would potentially generate $ 15-25 million per year revenue for Loopring.
Collaboratively completed foundational study and researches, which helped Loopring understand user digital tokens exchanging needs, journeys and behaviors, improve the usability of the original Loopring Wallet, and proposed scalable recommendations for future directions and designs.
Iteratively created product requirements and wireframes based on user research data along with interaction designs that enabled the users to exchange and transfer digital tokens effectively.
