- Revamp of the Anyscale platform UI/API/docs in 2024 to simplify the product UX.
- Developer experience: development workflows and features.
- Observability: metrics, logs, events, Ray and workload dashboards, etc.
- Design system.

Beyond design, played PM, tech writer, devRel role to get things done.

Vertex AI

- Co-led the foundational user research work to understand the pain points of data scientists and ML engineers. Drove the competitive research work in the notebook domain and analyzed key competitors like Databricks

- Crafted the design vision for the next-gen notebook experience for data scientists and ML engineers, including but not limited to data connectors (with BigQuery, etc.), scalable compute backend, MLOps integrations (experiment tracking, model registry, lineage, etc.), revamped UI, etc. 

- Designed and launched: preview of the new Notebook product; new features for existing notebook product, new features for experiment tracking and hyperparameter tuning features.


Aug 2019 - Apr 2020:
Google Analytics (GA)

- Led the redesign of GA mobile apps across iOS and Android which was launched early 2020.

- Stretched myself to play partial PM role (competitive analysis, user research, and feedback analysis) and support role (answer questions in the app reviews)

New website for the Enterprise Data Management department

- Conducted competitive analysis, semi-structured interviews, and stakeholder analysis. Discovered and distilled the main pain points and user needs and captured them with personas and user journeys.

- Finalized the design after several rounds of ideation, prototyping, and testing. Received very positive feedback from users and other stakeholders.

- Built and launched the design with Georgia Tech's internal website building & CMS system Drupal and custom html/css

### UX Design Intern @ Google

Next-gen in-house payment management system

- Completed the end-to-end UX design of an in-house payment management system by delivering critical user journeys, personas, concepts, wireframes, prototypes, testing reports, design specs and other key artifacts.

- Collaborated closely with PM, business owner and engineers through research, design and testing to navigate through the ambiguity and complexity of enterprise projects.
