I designed an employee-focused, integrated, and modern talent experience that enabled customers to onboard, skill-up, and fully support the development of their employees across their entire career journeys.

I led complex design projects that span across squads and platforms. I rearchitected 15Five’s web app navigation for future scalability. I’m responsible for the strategy, prioritization, and execution of projects, working both individually and with cross-functional collaborators. I play a key role in shaping the team’s culture and ensuring high quality user-centered design is practiced. I helped define cross-functional processes across R&D.

I collaborated with a Product Manager and Tech Lead on the OKRs squad to prioritize, design, and build functionality to increase enterprise adoption, leading to more 1000+ user accounts.
