Developed and designed a new service to handle report export jobs (e.g. CSV/PDF downloads, on-demand/scheduled emails), increasing parallel job capacity from 6 to 90 and reducing max job queue duration from 2 hours to under 10 minutes

Root caused a bug caused by batch querying a database view with a join. Developed a report row iterator to abstract query and post-processing logic for both non-group-by and group-by tables, allowing queries to be non-batched

Served as the primary point of contact between Rubrik, Cohesity, and mutual customers, gathering requirements and owning the development of a feature that provides Rubrik data on Cohesity’s NetBackup reporting framework

Mentored a summer intern from onboarding to project completion, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching on managing expectations, leading to a successful project delivery and a return offer
Created the first user-facing report to utilize a new reporting framework that streamlined the creation of additional reports using a shared data access layer. In addition, this framework added an additional table layer to reports allowing customization of columns and group bys.
Developed a JavaScript web application to aggregate data for bond traders reducing transaction time by 40% leading to an increase in number of transactions and revenue
