With over 10 years of work experience in software engineering, I have developed a passion for building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly systems that solve complex business problems. As an Engineering Manager at WeWork, I led the Contracts team in maintaining and enhancing contracts systems that process over 700,000 contracts per year worth more than $3 billion in revenue per year.

In my role as an Engineering Manager, I managed a team of onsite and offshore software engineers by providing intentional feedback, accountability, performance evaluations, and detailed code reviews. I also improved the objectivity of hiring by calibrating the assessment of interview responses according to a detailed rubric, resulting in greater alignment across teams and better candidate experience. I used React and Ruby on Rails to develop and deploy features, fix bugs, and optimize performance of the contracts systems. I also collaborated with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that the contracts systems align with the business goals and user needs. I was selected for the inaugural "Emerging Leaders" program, which recognizes and supports high-potential employees with leadership development and mentorship opportunities.
