# Ian Kamanu Wanjohi > Senior UX Designer at Aize Location: Greater Oslo Region, Norway Profile: https://flows.cv/iankamanuwanjohi Hey, I’m Ian, a Designer based in Norway and from Kenya. For over 4 years, I've been working with in-house product teams, agencies and consultancies to bring ideas to life through design. My work spans Africa, Europe and Asia, where I've honed my ability to create engaging, impactful, and user-centred digital experiences. My design journey began with a curiosity about how technology shapes our daily lives. From building apps as a computer science student to solving complex industrial user challenges today, I've always been fascinated by the intersection of design and technology. Design for me is an iterative exercise of empathy, curiosity and collaboration. I enjoy learning and working closely with cross-functional teams to ask the right questions, learn from our users, challenge existing assumptions and build solutions that matter. Outside of my work, you’ll find me travelling and capturing the world through photography. I love learning new languages and immersing myself in different cultures to broaden my horizons. Always up for a good chat, whether it is about design, culture, technology, innovation, or anything in between. ## Work Experience ### Senior UX Designer @ Aize Jan 2025 – Present | Oslo, Norway ### UX Designer II @ Aize Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | Oslo, Norway Collaborate with fellow Designers and Product Managers to establish clear research objectives and hypotheses for usability and A/B testing sessions.
