• Spearheaded TikTok’s monetization strategy to scale advertising capabilities for creators and businesses across e-commerce, gaming, apps, lead generation, travel, and entertainment.
• Architected and launched scalable ad formats within the For You feed and adjacent properties. Including refreshing legacy formats, introducing new formats, creating advertising guidelines to help advertisers better understand how/why to use specific formats. Elevated breakthrough in-feed ads to feature interactive video experiences to drive deeper engagement, storytelling and expanded product offerings.

• Established foundations for a motion design system with physics based spring animations, duration tokens and standardized gestural driven spatial patterns to ensure cross-platform continuity and aesthetic cohesion.
• Partnered with design technologists to pioneer a new way of team collaboration, pushing the boundaries of our technology to allow for richer animation capabilities, consistent motion patterns, metal shaders & advanced GPU rendering.

• Helped establish a new design system in partnership with direct team members to allow our team to work exponentially faster as well as resolve over 300+ design issues. This design system spanned across mobile, tablet, web & TV. This resulted in increasing app ratings from a 2.7 to a 4.6 rating.
• Launched Amazon Music’s first Artist Portal Dashboard, providing creators with real-time metrics and tools to manage their digital presence.
• Responsible for launching music videos across amazon music as well as being able to seamlessly switch between audio and video. Resulting in an increase of time spent on the app & greater selection of content to entice new subscribers & to delight current subscribers.
• Responsible for driving closer fan & artist connection through implementation of music previews (stories), new releases, richer artist detail pages & immersive artist hero animations.
• Owned the design of car mode, optimizing for safety and accessibility through high-affordance interaction paradigms and Alexa voice-first integration.
• Expanded Amazon Music’s reach by leading the design and integration of 3P partner experiences across automotive, wearables, and smart home devices.
• Responsible for the end to end UX for offline listening, solving complex synchronization and storage management options across iOS, Kindle & Android devices.

• Collaborated with cross-functional Agile teams to launch interactive experiences & full product redesigns for Disney and ABC products across 10+ platforms, including iOS, Android, tvOS, and Xbox. Products included stand alone Disney Channel, Disney XD, Disney JR & ABC apps.
• Enhanced product design experiences and executive pitches with cinematic sound design, motion design & storytelling while building relationships with sound engineers to deliver premium visual experiences to stakeholders & customers.
• Collaborated with Disney Imagineers to bridge physical and digital worlds for the Disney apps by utilizing NFC technology to create synchronized interactive experiences.
• Established the visual signature, key art and motion graphics packages for franchises such as: The Oscars, The Bachelorette, Marvel, Grey’s Anatomy, Modern Family, Castle, Dr. Ken & many more for broadcast and digital.
