Once it's released, I love creating useful documentation and video demonstrations to enable users to reach their full potential. ## Work Experience ### Senior User Experience Designer @ PACCAR Jan 2021 – Present | Mount Vernon, Washington, United States Researching and defining upcoming user interfaces and physical controls for Kenworth and Peterbilt trucks at the PACCAR Technical Center. ### Senior User Experience Designer @ DarkLight - Integrate, Automate, Validate, Explain Jan 2015 – Jan 2021 | Richland/Kennewick/Pasco, Washington Area Designed interface panels, including iconography and interactive elements for the DarkLight Java Eclipse application. Authored all user documentation, including screen recorded video content and training sessions. Supported customers through text channels, e-mail, and in-person visits. Created the team's Agile Scrum process, configured software tools, and served as Scrum Master for several years. Presented demonstrations of the Java program to investors and prospective customers. Created datasets and solutions within the program for customers and demonstrations. Worked with a web developer to translate and expand a visual design provided by a design firm into a functioning React website. Used Balsamic Mockups to provide wireframe designs to developers and Figma to create interactive web designs for the future version of the site. ### Digital Media and User Experience Designer @ Pacific Northwest National Laboratory Jan 1994 – Jan 2015 As a user experience designer in the visual analytics group.
