Overview: +5.8% increase in RpU, +3.1% organic SDU lift, +1.7% increase in weekly retention, 11.2 million people interacted with new surface. Stood up new platform that transformed the main view of the app.

Designer within Cloud UX, Google Cloud Platform. Worked alongside project managers and engineers on an application performance management tool for on-call cloud engineers. Created storyboards exploring user journeys in the cloud alerting and monitoring use case.
Helped shape the user experience of the Cloud Console mobile app Android/iOS. Product design for Error Reporting, Permissions, Trace, Billing, Logs, Incidents, Alerts and other features. Explored future versions of DevOps tooling for GCP. Designed charts and other data visualizations to inform SREs, cloud engineers and engineers working within an on-call triage environment.
Worked on an internal issue tracking mobile application for all of Google. Proposed redesign of an existing app with improved navigation. Collaborated with UX Engineer to deliver an APK for usability tests.
Created on device prototypes, low fidelity and high fidelity designs, helped run cafe studies, participated in usability test and helped synthesize findings with user researchers
Received peer bonus from fellow designer in Mountain View, CA during UXU 2016 for volunteering at a Pixate prototyping workshop
