Our aim is to automate much of the teams current processes, freeing them up to improve the quality of the exchange student experience. We plan to deliver an experience that removes the Vanmates staff from the booking experience, so they can focus on customer service for the students that are on their way to and currently living in Vancouver. We are doing this by working together and using design tools like sprints, competitor investigations, consumer insights, wire-framing, prototyping and more. ### UX Designer & Researcher @ Truly Simplistic Innovations Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | Vancouver, Canada Area The Tap Platform allows gamers to trade in their in-game currency for Tap Coin, which can then be traded into other games or sold on the Crypto Market. My job was to outline and design the onboarding process for game publishers who sign up to the tap platform. Through communication with a fellow designer and the product manager, we were able to create, iterate through and settle on a flow that was delivered in the form of a task flow and information architecture. The sub-team and product are going by the name Soap for Hope and we are going through preliminary stages of development and in an attempt to gain enough revenue to create a minimum wage job platform for the marginalized individuals of this society by up-cycling soap being tossed out of hotel rooms and reselling the final product. ### Business Development Representative @ AIESEC SFU Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 Booking meetings through cold calls and alumni referrals to partner them with AIESEC SFU.
