I led Homeroom's technical team in building and scaling its flagship product (a 3-sided edtech marketplace for afterschool activities) to thousands of users, 5 states and over 17 school districts. Within 6 months of product launch I had solidified the infrastructure and development practices to sustain hypergrowth, facilitating a $3.5M seed raise.
