Notes team

Solving complex consumer facing problems by distilling them into simple intuitive solutions for over a billion active daily users.

Most notably, I shipped a brand new Notes feature in Instagram Inbox. The widely successful Notes connect people in a lightweight way to spark meaningful connections.

Business Messaging

As a Senior Product Designer I am in charge of solving experience problems and uncovering strategic opportunities in conversational commerce space across Messenger, Instagram and Facebook platforms.

Clients: McDonald's, United Airlines, United Cargo, Northern Trust.

As a Sr. Product Designer I have been in charge of guiding the team and creating all of the final project deliverables. I execute with knowledge and understanding of the business rules, functional requirements, and product edge cases of the product. I continuously deliver multi-project deliverables while helping our project leads with delegating work and helping other design team members. I have been in charge of these deliverables with minimal supervision while collaborating with Project Managers on delivering products that meet and exceed clients expectations.

In addition, I position myself as a team leader by continuously providing constructive feedback on designs. I strive to be an active participant in team morale building and being a culture add to the agency.

As a Product Designer at Huge I am responsible for creating user centered experience from research to final design stages. My main focus is creating service design systems as well as interaction design via advanced rapid prototyping.
