# Ikshitha Reddy > Product Designer | UX Researcher | Humanizing technology through championing empathy | ex-Accenture Song | WiT Women in Tech Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/ikshitha Empathy was instilled in me as a child while I assisted my grandparents in social service activities. Growing up, in one such volunteering activity, I was tasked with teaching one of the basic office tools to rural children. However, language was a barrier, and that’s when the toolbar in the software caught my attention, and I was able to teach digital writing skills successfully. This experience shaped my approach to UX design and reminded me that “Good design is invisible”. I worked with diverse clients at Accenture Studio and delivered end-to-end UX projects in an Agile environment. Leadership has appreciated my ability to handle UX deliverables from research to testing. To deepen my UX research skills, I pursued a master’s at Indiana University and worked at the Comet Lab, where I led two teams. Additionally, I led the Women in Technology (WiT) and Design Coterie (DeCo) clubs. I have been honored at the university with the Women in History Month Award. I am always looking to connect with fellow UX professionals to discuss anything related to design and collaborate on exciting projects. You can DM me on LinkedIn or email me at ikshitareddy@gmail.com. Let’s connect and explore how we can humanize technology together! ## Work Experience ### UX Product Designer @ Intellibee Inc Jan 2025 – Jan 2026 ### UX Product Designer @ Nimbus Healthcare Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 | Austin, Texas, United States • Designed intuitive, patient-facing user interfaces for healthcare applications, translating user needs and clinical workflows into low- and high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. • Conducted user interviews and usability testing to identify safety, clarity, and accessibility issues in onboarding and medication-related flows. • Created wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and clickable prototypes in Figma, iterating designs based on structured user feedback. • Collaborated cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with healthcare requirements. • Documented design decisions, user flows, and intended vs. implemented design to support cross-team alignment and traceability. ### UX Product Designer @ Intellibee Inc Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 • IntelliHRMS: Designed GUI layouts and workflows for enterprise platforms using an existing Design Language System (DLS) to ensure visual and interaction consistency. • Developed low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity screens, and interactive prototypes to validate workflows with stakeholders before development. • Ensured accessibility and responsive design compliance across desktop and mobile experiences. • Partnered with engineers to review design feasibility and support accurate UI implementation. ### Senior UX Product Designer @ KeelWorks Foundation Jan 2024 – Jan 2025 • Whidbey West Water Association: Designed web and mobile interfaces for regulated public-sector services, balancing usability, accessibility, and compliance constraints. • Translated complex operational workflows into clear, intuitive UI designs for diverse user groups. • Conducted exploratory research and usability testing; iterated designs based on findings. • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered and standards-aligned solutions. ### Senior UX Product Designer @ Indiana University Indianapolis Jan 2022 – Jan 2024 • Eli Lilly: Led UX research and design for a healthcare VR support tool, conducting user interviews and usability testing to improve safety, clarity, and emotional effectiveness.
