🏢 Microsoft is a global technology company known for pioneering innovations like Copilot, Azure Cloud Services, Microsoft Teams, and Xbox, reaching customers in over 190 countries. As a UX designer, I worked with the Cloud Supply Chain and Azure Horizon Design teams, shaping the experience of Azure Cloud Services, a leading cloud computing platform with over 772 million users worldwide. My focus was on driving intuitive, scalable, and efficient design solutions for enterprise and cloud-based applications.
• Designed and implemented the Quota Recommendation feature in Azure Quota Services by collaborating with PMs, engineers, and users (DevOps engineers, Cloud architects) to streamline painful supply constraints, reducing quota resolution time from 3 days to just 10 minutes through automation.
• Created high-fidelity interactive test prototypes to validate concepts through moderated and unmoderated usability studies with over 40 users, leading to optimized user scenarios for Azure quota products.
• Simplified the complex quota request process from 6,000 request combinations to a single quota request for large-scale customers with over 1,000 subscriptions by collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and designers, balancing user needs with technical feasibility.
• Adopted an iterative design approach to rapidly prototype, test, and refine solutions based on user insights and feedback, leading to a 20% improvement in usability and reducing user friction in key workflows. Recieved appreciation email taking part in Azure quota product improvements.
• Collaborated with product managers, front-end and back-end engineers, visual designers, and UX researchers in an agile product design and development process.
