Led product design and AI transformation for Korea's #1 home & interior platform (30M downloads, 5M MAU). Redesigned the core purchase experience around user intent — compressing an 8-day journey into same-day discovery, built UX research infrastructure that made user-centricity a company-wide practice, and scaled a multidisciplinary design org from 20 to 45 (product design, brand, UX research, design systems, UX writing) with senior manager leadership structure. Contributed to company's first Break-Even Point in 2024.

Designed UGC-driven social commerce ecosystem across Instagram and Facebook — producer tools, seller dashboard, and buyer discovery experiences.

Initiated cross-org projects beyond assigned scope: conceived Add Yours (became #2 sticker on IG Stories), shipped Messenger Rooms, and led collaborative features across Messenger and IG Direct.

Amaze VR is listed as top 3 VR video app/one of on Gear VR in 2017

and one of the top 16 used app by time in 2017( Announced in f8 2018), and got featured on Oculus Go launch in May.2018.

• First and only designer at Amaze VR. Designed and shipped a VR contents app on 7 different VR platforms from scratch.

• Led UX, visual design, user research and closely collaborated with executives to define and deliver an integrated product roadmap and prioritization.

• Initiated and led iterative user research and work closely with product manager and engineers to validate designs which drove product decisions.

• Created branding/marketing design strategy which resulted in the increased installation by 1077% on Gear VR.

Worked as an interaction designer on a startup-like lean environment at Stream team, where we can experiment with data-informed processes for launching new social apps. ( 2 launched in beta, 1 launched publicly.)

• Work closely with user researchers preparing user study to identify problems for users and finds creative ways to demonstrate product concepts by creating high fidelity screens and prototypes.

• Identifies metrics and develops frameworks for agile development and prioritization of use cases to validate the value proposition

• Evaluates external product testing with real external users and defines a process for collecting continual feedback that is translated into iterative product refinements and improvements.
