Metro Area - Led design strategy and new visual language for NPR’s mobile products, which have a daily active user audience of over 800k - Created a new onboarding flow for the NPR app which increased user account creation by 6% week-over-week and achieved 33% increase of user opt-ins for push notifications. - Modernized the UI of the mobile app audio player, the most highly-used interface in the app. Worked closely alongside 3+ product and tech managers to translate design, experience and requirements into achievable milestones. - Successfully redesigned the mobile app landing page, prioritizing full responsiveness, accessibility compliance, and streamlined messaging. Client projects: High School Esports League (HSEL) - Responsive Dashboard • Conducted user interviews with high school teachers to understand and synthesize the current HSEL dashboard flow's pain points • Created mobile first sketches, wireframes, and user flows on the process of viewing and registering for tournaments.
