### Freelance Front End Engineer and Designer - Poolday.ai, Mechi, Rendition @ Unknown

Freelancing for various start ups and consulting agencies in the generative and conversational AI space: 

Poolday.ai: 
- Led design from inception for a generative AI TikTok ad company creating workflows for ad marketing managers to input and select multiple scripts, actors, video styles, and thumbnails, then customize color, size, and positioning of these elements.
- Contributed to feature prioritization based on complexity and user feedback, helping define upsell points

Mechi: 
- Sole designer for a senior-friendly exercise and health education community platform.
- Led the overall app redesign which included improving standardizing app styles and improving navigation
- Designed event filtering, health dashboard features, and group chat functionality 

PIQ Energy
- Designed the MVP for platform to the energy developers to run, review, and share studies leading to deals their first three pilot customers.
- Conducted usability tests to iterated on designs to ensure all users —engineers and their managers—could locate and investigate failed tests seamlessly.

Rendition
- Implemented design systems for text to front end code and UI engine using Figma, Tailwind, and Typescript
- Conducting usability tests and suggesting implementable design improvements

Handshake Consulting 
- Designing novel customer service assistant interfaces for clients including Give.org and The Institute for the Future
- Collaborating with front end engineers and product managers to define product roadmap and iteration cycles

### Software Engineer P3 @ Splunk

- Developed GraphQL endpoints, gRPC services, Go services, and Java libraries to enhance feature development and suite integrations for the Log Observer product.
- Ensured CCF compliance by developing a library to handle data deletion and integrating it with existing 
- Led development of a service sidecar to translate query languages allowing for integration of existing data sources
- Co-led an architectural proposal to integrate the team's product with the enterprise product, addressing authentication, security, and deployment region constraints.
- Migrated the team's CI/CD pipeline from Jenkins to GitLab CI/CD.
- Initiated and organized biweekly backend knowledge-sharing meetings and retrospectives to onboard new members and foster team culture.
- Mentored a summer intern, planning and overseeing a project to display billing and usage data to customers.
- Managed on-call responsibilities, responding to outages, scaling services, and coordinating with team members of dependent services as necessary.
