Partners with product managers and ux researchers to prioritize roadmap ideas for improving Pulse authoring. Facilitates design workshops to strategize concepts for future initiatives. Works with design, pm, and research partners across Viva for coherence and to build a strategy for our distinct Copilot experience. ### Senior Product Designer @ Microsoft Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 Led innovative projects in areas of high ambiguity and was early fore-runner of Viva. Reimagined Viva Connections as a Viva Home experience that was the connection point for all Viva apps. Strategized IA concepts of how to build connective tissue of a Viva family in Teams desktop and Teams mobile. Led 0-to-1 design and launched MVP of Viva Suite IT Admin experience within the MAC.
