• Utilize user research techniques - discovery research, primary research and secondary research - to help define user problems and provide directions for solutions.

• Conduct concept testings and user testings with live prototypes and synthesize user feedback into actionable insights.

• Help define product direction and focus, working collaboratively

with product managers and leadership to make decisions about what to prioritize.

• Maintain a competitive edge against competitor products and industry trends.

As the sole designer, I lead the end-to-end design process and decisions from initial wireframes to live prototypes for developer hand-off.

• Conduct research and competitor analysis of similar products that operate in the same space.

• Participate in strategic content development and UX writing.

• Formulate and conduct usability & user tests on all features and implement findings into iteration.

• Collaborate with team to set key metrics for success measurement.

• Collaborate closely with the product manager and developer team to ensure the feasibility of the product's features.

• Develop mockups and live prototypes for our development team.

• Create Brand Identity, visual guidelines, and component library.
