Leading and managing a team of designers to create unique design solutions. Establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for the creative team and orchestrating their work, while directing the development of multiple big-scale campaigns each season.

Responsible for the conceptualization, design and production of creative projects, in addition to pushing the boundaries of a projects’ strategy, design and aesthetic.

Concurrent to any full-time positions, I have been a contractor for multiple clients, including Microsoft, Bluewolf, Life Technologies, Global Impact Strategies, The 11th Hour Project and Urbanist.

• Developed event materials, such as printed postcards, wall graphics and signage for the Dreamforce conference at the Moscone center in San Francisco.

• Created data visualizations, information design pieces, printed reports and web pages for Global Impact Strategies within very tight timeframes and without compromising quality.

• Refreshed brand identities for local entrepreneurs and businesses, including logo, stationery and website design.

• Art direction, project management and collaboration with developer partners.

As a Senior Designer at Elefint Iro directs teams of visual designers, motion designers and developers throughout all phases of execution of a project; from research and synthesis, to early ideation and concept creation, to detailed design and prototyping, to creating visual design language systems, to documentation.

She has worked with numerous for-good clients including Ocean Conservancy, WWOOF-USA, and Full Circle Fund.

• Creation of logos, identity systems, websites, infographics, data visualizations and print materials
