Client-facing role representing operations in both Corporate Actions and Income Collections for Citi as a Custodian. As the central contact person for clients, I was responsible to review the entirety of the operational flows present covering numerous internal specialized teams and systems. This is a constantly evolving role, requiring adaptability to events as they happen in the market.

•Investigated institutional client inquiries under root cause model to uncover processing errors and improve operational flows
•Liaised with depositories, agents, issuers, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
