Responsible for both plastic injection mold design of new products and manufacturing support for both old and new products. Successfully saw through a full design cycle from concept to DFM with an overseas manufacturer to bring a high volume product to market. I architected an automated system for picking and placing battery contacts onto PCBs along a SMD manufacturing line, which included 2 industrial robots.
