• Help run our FrontEnd Guild to introduce new patterns and best practices into our application. Championed increasing our test coverage from 20% up to 80%. Oversaw cleaning up tech debt and converting old React components to use Hooks and functional components.

• Worked on optimizing queries and brought a query from a 50-second response time down to 330ms. 

• Created DataDog dashboards to monitor and raise alerts if there were performance downgrades. Led a discussion to teach logging and basic query syntax to co-workers.

• Worked with product, design, and a team of five engineers to launch our latest product to all of our customers within 6 months.
