This expands our reach to not only the students that we mentor, but also those in their community. My role as an executive director allows me to manage administrative duties such as nonprofit compliance, documentation, and financial reports. I also create biweekly sprints, delegate tasks, and ensure that 20 members meet deadlines with high-quality deliverables. Outside of that role, I am the lead developer of the organization's website, created using Gatsby.js. ### Teaching Assistant @ Research Foundation of The City University of New York Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | New York, New York, United States I tutor students in La Guardia Community College's Computing Fundamentals (MAC100) class on course assignments and assist them with course project implementation. I assist the instructor with student feedback and class activities. ### Web Development Intern @ Caribou Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Toronto, Ontario, Canada I create components for the web-based healthcare platform using Gatsby.js. We follow the agile methodology, and I participate in daily standups and weekly retros. ### Operations & Information Technology Intern @ Fiera Capital Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | Greater New York City Area As an IT intern, I implemented a data parser using Python that pulls 18 years’ worth of data from the FBI’s crime reports to calculate Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance criteria used for investments.
