Plans product development for 30+ projects with tech leads using Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps and stakeholder engagement using SUS scores to track success.

Integrated AI tools for quick design mockups, prototyping, wireframes, and user research to experiment and refine user flows.

Leads the mentorship committee that matched over 60 designers with career-enhancing partnerships, since 2021. Improved the retention and sign up after introducing more training, better matching, and check-ins.
Utilized a customer-centered playbook to design solutions tailored to enhance workflows, employing tools such as discovery documentation, workshops, wireframe ideation, usability analysis, and high-fidelity mock-ups.

Redesigned and iterated on Morningstar Connect, its premium account linking API & UI components, and Account Summary component. Which involved working with 2 development teams and contributed directly to $3.6 billion in revenue.
